The free breakfast was delicious. You get granola, yogurt, fruit and a sweet bread. Additionally coffee and juice. The restaurant downstairs offers additional dishes for extra charge, every dish we had extra was really good.

We had a wonderful stay, booked two rooms as we were two couples traveling together. Hotel was very cool, boutique, great style, clean, beautiful flowers & ambiance. We had cocktails and coffee at the hotel, and enjoyed the continental breakfast. The hotel was very responsive over whatsapp in communication with us.

The location was wonderful very quite and peaceful. The staff were very helpful and curious. the Orchids were all over the place, hence the name. very beautiful. Great location walkable to restaurants and shops. Hotel was very clean.

The front desk was so helpfull printing out maps for us to reach our location and always responding to our needs. We happened to be there when the airport was having teacher protests and the airport access was basically shut down. They called their car service which was amazing. He used all kinds of back roads to actually get us to the terminal. They checked on us to make sure we got there. The hotel is beautiful and the staff wonderful. thank you so much, Alexis and Flemming

Breakfast was very good and we loved the location! It was an easy to walk to wonderful restaurants, shopping and a beautiful park. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Adorable building, apparently once a private residence, now a boutique inn. Beautiful stained glass windows, an overall warm and cozy feeling. Also, it’s located on a beautiful and peaceful street, a little oasis. But in five minutes you can walk to the main street in Polanco. Every employee was friendly and helpful.

My stay was truly wonderful, the care and dedication they have for every little detail is gorgeous. The reception team gave me the greatest attention, from my arrival to my departure. I had the opportunity to try the food in the restaurant and without a doubt, enjoying breakfast in the room is very pleasant. I would love to come back with some friends on my next visit to the city. The contact with the orchids when I came in and the feeling of being immersed among so much natural beauty in an urban area is a relief and an embrace to the soul.
